The oasis has a metal plate in the air chamber of the second stage that is cooled by the incoming dry air from the tank - when you exhale, the moisture from your breath condenses on the plate. Then, with the next breath, that moisture evaporates and humidifies the air you breath in, which also cools the plate again and the process repeats with each breath. Simple, and it works.
