Balanced Diaphragm first stage, Model # 2960
The first stage is a 300 bar/4350 PSI balanced construction. The diaphragm seals the first stage to protect it from foreign agents (such as sand) that could negatively affect its performance. There are plenty of options that allow you to customize your equipment.
This model is also used by the US Navy.
